One of the most useful plugins to have on any server is essentials

This plugin allows most core commands like /tp all /mute /ban e.t.c

How To Install:

1) Download Essentials here
2) Stop your server
3 You'll need a .zip file opener either winrar of 7-zip will do, unzip the files and place all the .jar files into your server /plugins directory
4) Restart your server
5) Make sure that the console hasn't thrown any errors
6) Done

Why not just make a tutorial on how to install plugins in general?

because may plugins are installed differently, true I could do a general one and list the plugins that it works for

Most, if not all, plugins are installed by dragging them into the plugins folder.
Note: plugins are not mods.

If you haven't noticed I've also started adding config explanations + not all do just need a drag into the plugins folder. some need the config set-up before they work to specifications. E.g customjoinitems, groupmanager, votifier

plugins are really server mods that edit the game play without adding new items to the game

But you can always.. you don't even.. I can't even explain how you sound.

You can run the server without setting up configs on most plugins. Some, yes, need to be configured before running, but if you know how to do that then you don't need an installation instruction. Keep it simple. Remember, professionals know what they're doing.
You should be explaining simple plugins.
