How do u add/invite ppl into conversations?

I can't figure it out and every time I make a conversation with someone and I enable it so that anyone in that conversation can invite other ppl in, but I doesn't work...Help?

you may simply not have the permissions to add more people to a conversation, nothing I can do to change that as its only changable in the user permissions in the admin CP​
