Trophy point.....

Hey guys!
I am newer to this Minecraft forum so I was wandering if either the moderator's could help or maybe some of you with a question I have....
All of my friends are beating me in trophy points so I want to know....how do trophy points work? Why am I so much worse then them?

Also note that spamming or posting irrelevant content, just for the purpose of getting trophy point will give you a warning. If a user keeps spamming/posting irrelevant posts, he/she might get a temporary or permanent ban.
