Recently, I found this interesting seed when My Friend (Yes i do have friends. one of them is on Google+ while the other is in real life) created a world. and then i saw a.. MushroomIsland!

When you create a world with this seed, you spawn in a normal forest but with hills.
And then look at the east+south. you should see a MushroomIsland. You may also find a hills in that biome too.
Tested only in: Minecraft Java Edition 1.12.1
